Draw a bird in six steps, read the instructions. OK, so I tried it. And it worked. And I drew more. And I tried different ways and different colors. And then I drew a flower. And I gave a bird to a friend and she liked it and I gave a field of flowers to another friend and she liked it. And I said, wow!

I always wanted to draw but didn't think I could. You learn things as you go and before you know it your desk is full of little sketches and you haven't written a poem for a month.
